This is Maurine’s version of Cafe Gratitude’s Raw Soup.
We all decided it was floamy, creamy, light but packed with flavors and depth.

2 C Carrot Juice
1 Large Avocado
1 Tblsp Ginger
1/2 tsp garlic (minced)
1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
1/2 a Jalapeno Pepper
1/4 Tsp Cayenne
5 Mint Leaves
15 Large Basil Leaves
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
Blend all Ingrediants. Serves 4.
p.s. The heat from the blender was all the heat we needed to “warm” our soup. You may heat yours more or less depending on preference.
