Peach Cobbler Recipe a la Therese – Columbus, GA

2 cans sliced peaches
3 tbsps. vanilla flavoring
2 tsps. lemon flavoring
3 pillsbury pie crusts
2 tbsps. cinnamon
butter (or margarine)
sugar (to taste)

Bake bottom layer of pie crust on 325 degrees until golden brown.

Mix all ingredients together, with the pie crust – being the exception, in a large mixing bowl. Pour the ingredients over the baked crust and layer the mixture evenly. Top with remaining pie crust and finish with cinnamon & sugar sprinkles.

Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
